Excluded Materials:

Liquids, Paints, Chemicals, Batteries, Light Bulbs, Compressed Gas Cylinders, Asbestos and Contaminated Soils.

The right dumpster size depends on several factors, including:

  • Type of material being disposed of
  • Estimated volume of material
  • Weight of the material
  • Available space for the container
  • Site access for delivery and collection
  • Project type and duration
  • Expected collection frequency

For heavier materials, container size may be restricted. Concrete and rebar are accepted in 10, 14 and 20 yard dumpsters only. Our team can help you select the right size based on your project and disposal needs.

A standard roll-off dumpster rental includes a 14-day rental period. Additional daily rental charges apply after the included rental period.

Yes. Roll-off dumpsters have a maximum load weight of 10 metric tonnes. If a container exceeds the allowable weight, material may need to be removed before it can be safely collected.

Roll-off dumpsters are typically serviced on request. When your dumpster is full or you’re finished with it, contact our Inside Sales team to arrange a pickup, exchange or additional service.

Yes. Tomlinson’s claw trucks can empty roll-off dumpsters on-site, allowing the container to remain in place and helping keep your project moving with minimal disruption.

Certain materials, including tires, mattresses and tree stumps, may be subject to additional disposal charges. Contact our team if you're unsure about a specific material before placing it in your dumpster.

Roll-off dumpster service may include delivery, transportation, disposal, fuel surcharge, rental fees and applicable taxes, depending on the service required. Additional charges may apply for extended rentals, certain materials or additional service.
